I have been having issues with my 1099 DA from Robinhood and Coinbase. Turbotax which I have been using for various years cannot help me. I am hesitant at first but when I spoke to Saim, I feel more confident. He assured me that he will resolve my issue. I needed someone that could help me file a personal tax return and these guys had some good reviews. My previous preparers weren’t engaged enough but these guys were very responsive through email and were prompt to answer all the questions I had, which is what I needed. I also like that their logistics worked pretty simply starting with a quick overview of what you had, uploading documents to their secure drop box, and time for clarification. Overall, painless and easy people to work with.
