Edited to add: Phil/Paul is not a licensed CPA. I reached out to the Texas State Board of Accountancy and they have no record or licensing for a Phillip Paul Bryant or any variation of his name. He is not supposed to be claiming that he is a CPA or accountant and they’re going to be doing an internal investigation on him. Phil finally responded to our text messages only after I left a review. He somehow does not have any of our tax information (lost, deleted - we’re not sure). Our lender (we’re trying to buy a house)(and another CPA) said that he is required to keep client information and files for 7 years. Paul is being rude, unethical and uncooperative when all we want is our tax information that he filed for us. Why is it so hard to just send a document or print it out for us to pick up? (Screenshots added, correspondence from Paul from both my phone and my husbands) If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I have been trying to get a copy of our 2023 tax returns (that Paul did) for almost a year now. We don’t ever hear anything back and the times when a text message is returned it’s an ad or promotion for his services. We are trying to buy a house and urgently need a copy of our tax returns. We have called, left voicemails, sent multiple emails, and have gone to the office in person. I received one call back and was told Paul was on vacation but that he would be back in the office Monday (today 4/7) and that my husband should come to the office to get a copy. Paul was not there, and there was even someone there for an appointment that Paul didn’t show up for. That isn’t even the first wasted trip my husband has made up to the office to get copies. There is zero communication effort on their part, no follow through and just overall horrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and money and find someone else to do your taxes. I’ll gladly delete my review if I get a copy of our 2023 tax returns within the next day or so.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this business. The office is magnificently clean and appealing. I was offered refreshments while there. The gentleman James was polite and friendly. I would recommend my friends and family to visit this place if you want to feel comfortable and secure about your taxes and finances being taken care of.

I’ve visited this office since 2012 and each year keeps getting better. I can count on getting great customer service when I arrive, prompt and accurate service as my taxes are being processed and if I need to follow up, Paul is ready and willing to help. As a customer I feel very valued and that is why I continue to come back year after year.

I get my taxes done here every year and every year I get back a good return on my taxes. Paul and his staff treat you like family. The process is very fast and easy. I have no complaints.
