Rebekah Howard is an amazing CPA! I’m a Realtor, and she has helped me for the past several years. I couldn’t be happier with her customer service, professionalism, and extensive knowledge. Her team is also great with communication and follow up. I recommend her to everyone I know, and several of my coworkers now use her too!
It is nice to see so many highly rated reviews. However, That was not my experience. I emailed asking for a meeting on January 1st knowing it was News Years. I received a response on January 6th offering a meeting on Jan. 12th. I immediately responded back (on January 6th) that I was not available at the time suggested and offered an alternative time. When I didn't hear back I sent 2 more emails during the week. After the second email on Jan. 13th I heard back with a response of sorry we respond in the order we receive emails. So, it takes them a week to respond to emails? Also, you would think that when responding to an email from the firm they would get back to you. I would find that an accountant whose office can't respond to emails efficiently is not going to process my taxes accurately and efficiently.
Mrs. Howard is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable in her work, patient, informed, and incredibly kind. The information and analysis she provided was truly insightful and it equipped me with the tools I needed to feel comfortable in my financial next steps. I would recommend Mrs. Howard to anyone looking for an accountant with comprehensive expertise!
I contacted Howard CPA to help me file my late father’s final return as well as the return for his estate. She handled everything for me in a timely and professional manner. I’ll be returning to her next year for help with my own personal return. Highly recommended!
This was our first year using Howard CPA after parting ways with our long-time accountant. The experience was absolutely amazing and Rebekah and Jessica were great to work with. I really enjoyed having access to a secure portal to upload my documents, digitally sign the tax returns, and pay for her services. When our return was filed, after only a few days since uploading our documents, Rebekah scheduled a virtual visit to go over the results. Not only was the service great, but Rebekah found a way for us to receive our first refund in over 10 years!! I've already recommended her to everyone I know and I look forward to working with her again next year.
