I received a tax demand in November in respect of my 2024 filing, for over $8k. It has taken me over 6 weeks to obtain an explanation from Leigh-Erin as to the origin of the problem. In the interim the IRS threatened garnishment of my wages. Leigh-Erin's offer to pay the interest on the amount, due to their delay, did not compensate for the worry and stress to which their ineptitude has subjected me. I am taking my business elsewhere. My accountant, who acknowledged the deficient communications, seemed heavily overstretched: not acceptable in a professional company. Poor value for money.

They did our taxes within a couple of weeks or so and we recieved the best return we could possible get with out any headaches and having to ask for updates. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Loveee this accounting firm. They’ve helped take my construction company and our financial management to the next level.
