I made a huge mistake trusting this company with such a major investment. I purchased two complete HVAC systems (both indoor and outdoor units) based on the sales representative’s recommendation. My old systems were 2.5 tons and 3 tons, but he convinced me to upgrade to 3 tons and 4 tons because my house has high ceilings and is older. I trusted his advice and agreed to replace both systems. I believed I was getting brand-new equipment, but they installed 2024 condensers, coils, and heating components. Everything seemed to work for the first two days after installation, but then the problems started. The outdoor condenser is extremely loud. It disturbed my neighbors, and one neighbor even complained that their newborn baby couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Then the AC drain system failed. Water overflowed upstairs and leaked through the ceiling into the downstairs. I contacted the company several times. The technicians came back and tried to flush the drain line, but it didn’t fix the problem. They said they would speak with their supervisor and send someone else, and they told me to leave the AC turned off until then. No one ever came back. My family had to stay at a friend’s house for two days because we couldn’t use the AC. To make matters worse, the company never provided me with my warranty information, installation documents, or signed agreement. After taking my money, they stopped responding to my calls and messages. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. I spent a significant amount of money expecting professional installation and support, but instead I’ve been left with unresolved problems, poor communication, and no documentation. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

When you call Royal Air Conditioning you need to ask for Renea Cummings: She is wonderful. I was inclined to back out but she really worked hard to earn my buisness. Her work ethic , dedication, friendly and sweet disposition really served Royal Air Conditioning in Outstanding Fasion. I really hope Royal Air Appreciates her. An employee like her is impossible to find these days. The Instalation Crew was a real team. They were friendly and thoughtful . They worked very well together, very informative and very thorough in their instruction in the use of the new system. I recommend them all, highly and without hesitation or reservation. I hope Royal Air will continue to hire and keep the above mentioned employees and continue to hire more like them. That reason alone will keep me a life long customer.

I met with Ken Baker the same day I called him and we did a complete review of our system. He answered my many questions satisfactorily and came up with great solutions to the issues we were having. The installers came out the following day and did a quick professional install.

Haze was awesome. He did all that he could to make us pleased with what we were purchasing, he tried and tried until he got us financed! He was a blessing to our household, We could not have asked for a better company to deal We are receiving larger units and complete service replacement…the same day installation! Thank you so much Haze for all you did for us! Your company Royal Air was truly God sent!

Joe Deluna was great! He layed out all our options for a new unit and broke down prices. Installation was on the same day he came to do the estimate. Installers were respectful to my home and communicated well on the process. They made sure they cleaned up after themselves and all equipment was working properly before leaving. They actually found a leak and fixed it for us. So that was great! Thank y'all!
