I had a great experience with Rob and Will for a front-end collision repair on my Nissan Rogue. The best body shop experience I have ever had! Rob was a delight to work with. He explained things very straightforward and honest. I dropped my car off on Saturday and was ready and perfect on the following Friday morning. The job was done perfectly and you can’t tell anything happened! Great experience and great people!

I seriously cannot recommend this shop enough, especially Rob! I have an older car, a 2000 Honda Civic, and I was honestly unsure if it would even be worth fixing. From day one, Rob was so communicative and took the time to explain the entire process, which made me feel completely at ease. He worked incredibly hard with the insurance company and truly went above and beyond to convince them that my car was worth repairing. He replaced multiple parts and I am not exaggerating when I say my car literally looks like a brand new car. I was shocked when I saw it. Rob was always clear about timelines and somehow finished everything even earlier than expected. I was especially worried about the paint matching since my car is older, but it is a perfect match. You would never know any work was done. I am beyond happy with the results and so grateful for the care and attention put into my car. I had a really good experience with Brookston Bodyshop. I have a big Cadillac Escalade and I scraped the rear door and the backward panel and they had it fixed within one week. The car looks brand new and he even washed it for me. Great price and very upfront and honest. Definitely the most honest guy in Houston!
