I had a great experience with Rob and Will for a front-end collision repair on my Nissan Rogue. The repair involved multiple front-end components, and I was impressed with both the quality of the work and the attention to detail throughout the process. What stood out was their customer service. They were easy to communicate with throughout the repair process and took the time to explain what was worked on. I especially appreciated that they stood behind their work and were willing to take a second look when I had questions after pickup. They inspected the items I pointed out, explained their findings, and made sure I felt comfortable with the repair. It's clear they care about both the quality of their work and the customer experience. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy collision repair shop!

I recently had my Toyota GR86 repaired at Brookston Body Shop and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team at Brookstone Body Shop did an excellent job from start to finish. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, handled everything professionally, and delivered my car back looking spotless—honestly like nothing ever happened. The paint match and bodywork were perfect, and they made the whole experience stress-free. Really appreciate the attention to detail and customer service. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing quality body work in Houston. I’ll be coming back if I ever need repairs again.

The best body shop experience I have ever had! Rob was a delight to work with. He explained things very straightforward and honest. I dropped my car off on Saturday and was ready and perfect on the following Friday morning. The job was done perfectly and you can’t tell anything happened! Great experience and great people!

I had a really good experience with Brookston Bodyshop. I have a big Cadillac Escalade and I scraped the rear door and the backward panel and they had it fixed within one week. The car looks brand new and he even washed it for me. Great price and very upfront and honest. Definitely the most honest guy in Houston!

I had a great experience with this body shop after getting rear-ended. They did an excellent job—my car looks like nothing ever happened. The repairs were done quickly, and the quality of work really shows. Aside from the pleasant and helpful staff, they also had a really good dog who helped ease the stress of the whole process, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend them!
