I had to take my vehicle to them after someone rear ended mine. Knapp Chevrolet body shop was excellent. I dropped my car off filled out some paperwork and they took it from there. I downloaded their status app which allowed me to track its progress and within 2 weeks it was done. It looks really good. If I have an issues I only need to contact them because they guarantee their work. An overall satisfying experience considering the overall inconvenience of having an accident. Highly recommend their services.

Did not communicate any updates with me about my car. The person assigned to me was always unavailable and then didn't listen to my voicemails so I had to re-explain issues over and over. The work was not inspected after it was done so I had to point out more areas and then wait another day. The reception woman was very kind, helpful and polite though and a positive part of my experience. Surprised at the quality considering this is a dealership.

Beware of this dealer/staff/and their incompetence. They had my truck for over two weeks and still did not get the issues I had on the estimate fixed . I’ve filed a complaint with Chevy, the better business bureau,and legal action is being explored. The owner offered no solutions and acted as though he could careless.

My wife ripped the front end off her new car. These people are very professional and had the car fixed good as new in less than 2 hours. Nothing is cheap on a new car but I was surprised it was so affordable. I highly recommend this body shop.

Even with an appointment an oil change took about 3 hours. Would like to see the status on my phone as other dealerships do.
