Hands down the best car shop in Houston! I came on my grandma’s recommendation and now I see why. The team was caring, attentive, and understanding every step of the way. My car looks better than it did before my accident, and I was met with nothing but genuine kindness. I’ll never go anywhere else for repairs. The person who handled the case was a very rude, obnoxious, arrogant and disrespectful person. She was very unpleasant, unprofessional individual; my whole experience with this person was atrocious, she completely denied my rights, so the service received at this place became very bad because of this woman’s deplorable costumer service. She was extremely rude, disgusting and disrespectful that caused me anxiety and a bad headache. It was strange the way she behaved, we couldn’t understand why. I decided not to report her personally and immediately because I do not like conflicts with nobody but one thing I will make sure is that my whole household, family and friends will never make business with your company, ever again. Yes, A. H. Such intolerable person.

I wished I listened to what I saw in some of the other reviews to stay away my vehicle has been at the shop for almost 3 weeks and Steven keeps saying it will be ready the next day after telling me it was a 2 day repair not to mention my vehicle was also damaged in there possession I still don’t have my vehicle and haven’t received a call as of March 13, 2026

The repair work they did on my gray Chevrolet 2017 pickup was fantastic. We were amazed by the detail they did, the attention they gave us from the first day we left it at the shop, and the communication Audrey Herrera had with us was excellent. She communicated everything they did to us. We were truly satisfied, and I highly recommend them. Excellent teamwork. Thank you so much for everything.
