I had a great experience with Metropolitan Collision Service after my Subaru Crosstrek was repaired there. From the beginning, the team was professional, organized, and easy to communicate with, which made a stressful situation much easier. Eddie was especially helpful throughout the process. He kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and made sure I always knew what to expect. That level of communication really stood out. The repairs were completed carefully and according to manufacturer standards, and the car looks excellent. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the support from the entire team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs, especially if you drive a Subaru.

After a very disappointing accident I was really doing my research when I came across Metropolitan online. This ended up being the best body shop experience I’ve ever had. After receiving the car back I did a thorough detail, during that process you always find something, you see and touch every inch of the car. I was so impressed that the repair really is spotless, it truly looks better than before the accident. If your have a vehicle that you love and want perfect don’t hesitate to come to Metropolitan.

I brought my car in this morning fully expecting to spend thousands on paint repairs! The woman at the front desk was just as friendly and kind in person as she had been on the phone. Zeek, the technician who assisted me, was able to simply buff out the scratch—it wasn’t deep enough to damage the paint (thank goodness for my ceramic coating!). He didn’t charge me a single dollar for the work. This shop has earned my loyalty and will be my go-to from now on. Everyone I met today was genuinely kind, friendly, and honest. A huge thank you again to J. Zeek!!!

Took my Tesla here for repairs because they were a certified shop. Very professional. Shop looks clean and well run. When I called for updates they were quick to answer and never felt like I was bothering them. They worked well with my insurance company as well.

This place has the best people, their work is outstanding, I’m amazed every time I have my vehicle repaired by them! They are one of the most honest and genuinely friendly businesses in Houston! Highly recommend visiting them if you need anything done.
