I bought my highlander preowned and it came it that clear protection on the front hood. Over the last few years, it's worn down, cracked, become moldy and startes chipping off taking with the paint. Horrible! I tried a few places and they either didn't want the fix it or didn't bother to call me back. Miller's took the job and did a beautiful job! They did in less than a week and rhe price was reasonable! Well worth the value as now my sale value is improved again. They cleaned up my headlight covers too. No more yellow tint! They were professional and on time.I highly recommend Miller's!

Extremely disappointed on this place. 2 years ago they “fixed” my car after a car wreck. Until this day I struggle with their cheap shortcuts to finish the job. 1. They replaced 1 of my headlights for an LED light (without asking) and they changed the pieces that connect to the car to make it happen. The light has gone out multiple times and every time is a struggle to get it fixed. Now I can’t get my car inspection done because the piece is faulty. I came to the shop to request they fixed it and all I got from the owner was “you must have messed with this, why is the light different?” To which I obviously said “you happened to it” 2. The splash guard on the same side was replaced but never fully attached. It’s fallen multiple times and I continue to struggle with what now is a damaged piece. I now have to continue spending even more money to fix their terrible job. I came to them because they were recommended and I can’t see why. All they’ve left for me was constant annoyance and the reminder of where not to take my car again.

My hood latch came undone and smacked my windshield one night. The hood and side panels were ruined. I brought it to Miller’s. Everyone from the front desk to Steve were friendly and informative. My repair was done quickly and my vehicle looks brand new! I recommend Miller’s all day every day! 6/21/23 - My car was acting funny this morning and I was worried I wouldn't even make it in. I got there and was greeted so nicely but the receptionists. They hooked my car up and checked for codes and made sure that it was safe to drive. The problem corrected itself after shutting the engine off and restarting. The service guys were so polite and very fast. Danny was so warm and welcoming and went above and beyond! Thank you to everyone at Miller's for all that you do!

Right now I decided to use this location to fix my car. RJay that is our consultant and handling our vehicle has been very attentive and explain the whole process very well. Update: I will say that this journey in having our car handle by Ray Lalor aka "RJay" at Miller's Auto Body shop wasn't the best experience of what all others are rating this place. In the end they got the job done but the service level wasn't to what I expected to be. I can say that RJay kept his word in keeping in you up to date in what is happening to your car but he failed to inspect the car before returning it back in good condition and good workmanship. One of our car's rim was a different color from all other rims (How do you miss that?) and some of the upper side door finder was propped up and not flush all the way down being aligned correctly. Before I turned in the car I had told him 3 weeks is what I had to offer to get the job done. He accepted and confirm it could be done. Did it get done...NO. He made false promises on more than one occasion that the car would be done. I personally didn't like that at all nor did my wife giving false hope that her car that she use would be ready. What I dislike the most at the end he wanted us to rate the shop 5 stars and in return he will GIVE US A GIFT CARD. I refuse to lie of what really happens here and I think everybody should know what really goes on at this location #TrueRating Please Share and Like. Great job moving my 76 Eldo from the 610 with care and attention, even putting it up my driveway and into the garage and then days later to the mechanic shop. Thanks especially to James, very patient and respectful.
