I brought my car in based on the great reviews, and unfortunately my experience was the complete opposite. They returned my car with a window issue — I was told it was “new” and would get better, but it never did. On top of that, my spare tire and the lock for my wheels were missing after service. Definitely they stole it. Now I have to deal with replacing those items and contacting the dealership myself. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Great and quick service. They were able to get me in the same day as my quote with a quick turnaround. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My car came out beautiful!

Leroy and his team were able to get my front bumper repaired and looking like brand new after it was scraped and chipped. I asked them on Monday if possible could they get it done so I could have it back by the weekend. The took off the front bumper, made the repair, and properly reinstalled the bumper. The interactions with Leroy and his knowledgeable team were very professional from the moment I walked into the shop until the day I picked up my car. I would definitely recommend Rover Oaks Paint and Body Midtown for body work on a vehicle.

This place was absolutely fantastic. I brought in my 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 6 EV and got it back exactly when they said I would - took about three weeks, though that really depends on what parts they need and how badly your car got banged up. Right when I walked in, they had all the paperwork wrapped up in minutes. Then they surprised me by offering a free ride to the Enterprise rental center just around the corner. No need to call an Uber or anything! Throughout the whole process, they kept me in the loop with regular updates, so I always knew my pickup date was still on track. When my car was finally ready, the whole pickup took maybe ten minutes. Quick paperwork, a thorough look-over to check their work (which was excellent, by the way), and I was back on the road. Everyone there really knows what they’re doing when it comes to keeping customers happy, and they don’t mess around with timing either. Since insurance covered everything, I can’t tell you about out-of-pocket costs, but I will say they used all OEM parts for the repair. Huge props to the whole team there - they’ve got customer service figured out.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
