Robert and his team did incredible work on my 2025 Ford Explorer after we were rear-ended. They replaced the bumper and hitch and restored everything to showroom perfection. The quality of the repair was outstanding, communication was excellent throughout the process, and the vehicle looks as good as new. Had an unfortunate incident happen and needed number repair. I live super close and love to support local business. I chose Roberts Auto Collision. I first called and spoke with Tristian and asked if I needed to make an appointment to get an estimate. He said no, and to come in. I was there in 5 minutes later and I spoke with Robert. He was great and provided a printed quote in about 5 minutes. They and their team were great to deal with and would highly recommend them to friends. I've attached pictures of before and after. I had a great experience from start to finish. Robert and Nadia were incredibly nice, informative, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They handled my rental smoothly, which made everything so much less stressful. When I got my car back, it looked amazing—almost brand new.
