Came in on 6/15/26 after my car was hit by another driver and had some noticeable marks. Mark was incredibly helpful and took the time to polish the affected area. The results were amazing—my car looks brand new again. Great customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism. I highly recommend working with Mark!

Absolutely the best! Customer service is fantastic. Had excellent work done here a few months ago, and came back today for more bodywork on my bumper. I expected another large repair, but they fixed it for me in under 10 minutes - no charge!! I won't take my car anywhere else.

Came in to get a quote for a fender bender and Brandon made the process with the insurance so easy I went ahead and had my car fixed there. He even worked with the car rental place and got me a loaner in like 30 mins! I also need some other work done and Brandon gave me a good deal on it. I highly recommend Brandon and Santa Ana Body Shop!

I used Santa Ana years ago, so after my recent accident I decided to choose them again. I received a free detailed estimate,(several other shops I reached out to don't do estimates). Once my insurance company contacted them with the approval, they handled everything. I received constant notifications on the process. My vehicle was ready on the date promised! I also purchased the detailed package...excellent choice! My 2015 Toyota looked brand new inside and out! Awesome staff! If I could remember the names, I would list them. But, everyone was great! Excellent customer service! Kudos to you all! ....I totally recommend Santa Ana...I promise you will not be disappointed!!
