A Truly Exceptional Repair Experience I had an outstanding experience with Collision Lab, and I want to give special recognition to Guy, the owner, for his honesty, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he was completely transparent with pricing and expectations-no surprises, no games, just straightforward communication that immediately built trust. I also received a quote from the Subaru dealership which was higher than Guy’s quote. What really set him apart was the way he handled the entire repair remotely while I was 300 miles away in Dallas. This was my child’s vehicle, which currently goes to college and resides in Houston. He consistently provided me updates via text, videos, and clear explanations of what was happening with the vehicle. That level of communication made a huge difference and gave me total confidence that the car was in the right hands. Beyond his personality and trustworthiness, the quality of the work was incredible. The finished repair looked like the car had just rolled out of the factory-flawless craftsmanship and attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely personable, but he delivered on both fronts. Guy also went above and beyond and repaired a windshield washer sensor that was not discovered until later in the process for free. Man, I could not believe the level of service I had received. Guy, the owner of Collision Lab, was very personable and great to work with. He blacked out my BMW X4 and fixed the noticeable damage, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. The job did take longer than initially estimated, and the powder coating for the rims had to be outsourced, but the final results were worth it. I appreciate the attention to detail and the overall quality of the work. I’ll definitely be going back for future work I want done. Five stars!

I cannot recommend The Collision Lab enough! I brought my 2012 Silverado 1500 in for a strange noise, and they were completely transparent about what needed to be fixed. Unlike other shops that try to upsell you, Guy clearly explained the problem, gave me a fair price, and only did the work that was necessary. My car is running perfectly now, and I finally found a mechanic I can fully trust!
