Rueben was amazing to work with. He kept me updated throughout the entire process of having to get new tires/wheels and an alignment due to some Houston thugs stealing the tires/wheels off my Telluride that was parked on my driveway. Not only was he professional, kind and courteous ~ the best thing of all is that he saved me $610! Definitely recommend U.S. Auto Connection. Will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.
This was the smoothest car repair process I’ve ever been through. Kevin was so professional and responsive. He took care of scheduling the rental car so they were at US Auto when I was ready to drop off my car. He kept me updated on the repairs, and he worked with insurance to get the car back to me before the long holiday weekend. My car also came back detailed and fresh. 10/10 recommend this place.

Highly recommend using this place! They were super nice and very, very very efficient. I worked with Ruben he was nice and helpful - got my car back 2 weeks faster than expected too. Got in a wreck but now it looks like I have a brand new car.
