They put tint on my car. Darker tint on the back and lighter tint on the driver and passenger windows in the front. They did a magnificent job at a very reasonable price. The car was ready when promised. I worked with Shawn, and the customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend this shop for auto window tinting.

I put in a quote request on a Saturday with them and a nice woman called me on Monday and got me all set up with an appointment to replace my front windshield which had large cracks in it and my passenger side front window which had completely shattered. After we got off the phone they emailed me a quote which I accepted and we then got all the finer details of the mobile service appointment figured out (I gave them my address and they gave me available time slots to choose from). They confirmed that they would get me scheduled for that upcoming Saturday at 9AM for a mobile service windshield replacement. Whelp…. Saturday morning 9:00AM came and went and I was told that I was supposed to receive a call from the person completing my mobile service. When I hadn’t heard anything from anyone, I gave A+ Auto Glass a call and spoke with a Sean Raad. He informed me they did not have me in their system and that I must be mistaken and called the wrong place. I informed him that HE was indeed mistaken and to check his email. He did and proceeded to inform me that someone must’ve used his email to communicate with me and oh by the way they quoted you wrong - it’s actually way more expensive than what you were quoted and oh by the way we don’t have any appointments today. I then informed him that I would take my business elsewhere to which he replied “I am not going to stop you but I will still see what I can do and give you a call back”. I never heard from them again. My experience with this company was absolutely horrible! Very unprofessional and I do NOT recommend! If you are in the Houston area and need a windshield repaired or replaced, this is NOT the company to go with!

I hope I never need them again, but I won't hesitate to do so if I ever need auto glass replacement again; and refer them to my friends and family. Mohammad contacted me right away, and was able to schedule me right away. My appointment was between 11-1, Miguel was here at 10:56. I love that they valued my time and there were no hidden fees!

My daughter walked outside to a completely shattered windshield. Called this company, got good customer service, a great price, and wonderful service for my kid. They went to her in less than 90 minutes and took the stress off of her shoulders. I appreciate their service wholeheartedly!

10 stars if I could. I came in about 30 minutes before they closed because I had just walked home from work, and saw a rock was thrown into my car window. They told me they would still be able to have it fixed same day. The price was reasonable without insurance. The woman at the front desk was super kind and helpful and seemed to be super busy even after they closed. The customer service was amazing!! And they even vacuumed out all of the broken glass and took out the rocks from inside my car. When I got in the car I was sooo shocked I thought I was gonna be heading straight to the gas station to vacuum it myself tbh. I’m extremely grateful they took me in last minute. They worked past closing time and finished in 1 hour. 10/10 recommended. I only could tip $5 cause of my money situation but they deserved way more. Definitely will be returning to fix my tints in the future
