Great place to get your windshield repaired. I have used Able Auto for years and they have always come through. Not all repairs are possible and he tells you up front what is possible and worth doing. There are repairs that have risks of making it worse and if that is the case you decide which way to proceed. Would highly recommend! Get your repair done as soon as you recognize a chip to make sure it doesn't grow and get bigger.

I had a great experience with the shop. This place is clearly a "hidden gem" in Houston, and worth going to instead of a default option given by insurance. I'm really happy I got referred here by a friend. The shop is very professional, courteous, and they don't cut corners. They accepted my insurance, and made it easy to feel assured with the quality of the repairs. Great communication from the shop, and very transparent with services. If you've used Safelight before, you'll be shocked at how much better it can be. I obviously hope I don't need to replace my windshield again, but if so I'll be coming back.

I had a really great experience with this shop. The technician was incredibly kind, honest, and professional, and made the whole process very easy and stress-free. I needed an OEM windshield replacement that required insurance approval, and he went out of his way to advocate for me and handle all the communication with the insurance company. He kept me updated every step of the way and explained everything clearly. Even when the insurance payment was delayed, he was transparent, patient, and did exactly what he said he would do. My deposit was refunded promptly once the payment came through, with no issues at all. The workmanship was excellent, including the calibration, and everything was done carefully and professionally. It’s rare to find a repair shop that’s this trustworthy and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. I would absolutely recommend this shop and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I want to specifically mention how kind, sincere, and professional the technician was. He was patient, upfront, and genuinely looked out for my best interest. It made a stressful insurance situation much easier to deal with. Truly excellent service.

Chris did an awesome job fixing my two broke windows after my car was broken into. Not only did he drive to a dealership himself to get the replacement windows, he started working on it the same day and finished within a few hours. I’m so happy with his work!

Got my windshield rock chip repaired. Took about an hour. He did a great job. You can barely tell! Would absolutely come back here if I ever need this service. He doesn’t have a place to wait so plan accordingly when bringing your car.
