I'd love to give this place 10 stars! This is where you want to go. Craig is an amazing human being and takes wonderful care of you and your car. I had a car break in (glass broken) for my Audi Q5 and I called a lot of places who were scamming me, Craig was the antidote to that chaos - he answered the phone with calmness, peace, and truth. I felt I could trust him immediately, and I could. He was able to get the exact glass I needed the next day and had it all ready in no time. He provided the part number which other places did not. Incredible experience. Honest communication. This will be my car shop going forward. Can't recommend it enough. Thank you Craig and team! - Claire

I had some serious scuffs on my bumper and hood and thought I’d need a costly paint job, but Craig assured me they could buff it out—and they did a fantastic job. They also restored my headlights, which now look crystal clear. In about an hour, my car looked like new. The team’s friendliness and consistently excellent work are the reasons I’ve been a loyal customer for years!

​After my car was vandalized, I needed two new windows and a deep clean to remove every shard of glass. Craig at Carriage Glass & Detail handled both perfectly at a very fair price. His knowledge of both auto glass and detailing is top-tier! I called at 11:00 AM, and he had the glass in-shop by 2:30 PM. While waiting for the parts, the team got to work on the interior and exterior. That evening, I did a "flashlight test" on the carpets and seats—not a single shimmer of glass was left. Fantastic workmanship, competitive pricing, and a true pleasure to deal with. I’ll be bringing my other vehicles here for detailing soon. I highly recommend this shop!

I had an excellent experience here! I came in for a windshield replacement and unfortunately the replaced windshield had a defect that was only noticeable while driving. Craig was very understanding and got a new windshield on for me quickly, he even cleaned my car for me because of the trouble! The service was so outstanding I actually called my mom to tell her about it (which is a compliment all on its own). I would definitely recommend!!

So incredibly pleased with the work done on my Lexus NX (scraped metal and chipped paint on door and above wheel). Craig was friendly, honest, and meticulous about the repairs. And on top of that, reasonably priced! I hope to not have to get anything else fixed (😆) but I will definitely be back if I need to - but I will definitely recommend to friends in need of repairs!!
