I would strongly advise anyone considering USA Auto Glass to think twice before trusting them with their vehicle. I paid $780 to have the windshield on my vehicle replaced, and ever since the installation I’ve experienced a water leak that never existed before the glass was replaced. I brought my vehicle back THREE separate times to give them the opportunity to correct the issue. Despite multiple attempts, the leak was never properly fixed. The owner continues to hide behind a “lifetime warranty” and insists I bring the vehicle back again, but after three unsuccessful repair attempts I have completely lost confidence in their workmanship. A warranty means very little when the problem cannot be fixed correctly after multiple visits. I ultimately had to take my vehicle to the dealership for a professional inspection because I no longer trust USA Auto Glass to work on my vehicle. The dealership is now investigating the cause of the leak, and I may be facing thousands of dollars in repairs related to an issue that started immediately after the windshield replacement. What’s most disappointing is that the owner has refused to take responsibility for any out-of-pocket expenses I may incur to correct the damage. At this point, I believe I deserve a full refund for the windshield replacement and reimbursement for any repairs required to fix the problems caused by their installation. Customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly return for the same issue, lose trust in the workmanship, and then be left paying additional repair bills when the business refuses to make things right. Extremely disappointed with this experience.

Don't go here at all I don't recommend them.. they do bad business and lie to you.. they end up putting the windshield glass but they didn't have the black thing to seal the sides all around and went back and didnt want to install it and now look how they did the work terrible... Bad for business can't trust them at all.... He said it's not true he lieing like always... Speak facts don't be lieing.. don't trust them at all

Called ahead to ask about rear glass replacement for my 2016 Honda CR-V. They confirmed they had it and gave me a price, so I drove over. When I arrived, they suddenly changed the price, saying it was only for clear glass and tinted would cost more. I specifically wanted clear glass. Then they said they didn’t even have the clear glass in stock. They also told me I wouldn’t find clear glass anywhere, which turned out to be completely false, another shop had it and installed it the same day. This place is misleading customers and wasting people’s time. If they are not honest about something this basic, I wouldn’t trust them with my car at all.

Usa Auto Glass got the job done in 4 hours. The reviews are real. Best pricing. Professional job. Great customer service. I spent 4 days struggling and stressing with another guy who installed the wrong windshield. From now on, I will only come here whenever I need my windshield replaced. Highly recommend. 👌🏽

I came in to get my windshield replaced, installation was good but not the cleanest job, have some glue on the roof of the car. But my main issue is that the cheap tape they use lifted some of the clear coat on the car and left some nasty sticky residue on it. The front office guy straight up told me they are not responsible for any damage to the paint so anyone with high end cars I'd steer away from this irresponsible shop. I asked for a discount on another car I needed the windshield replaced and he said $1 off lol this guy is a joke. He missed out on a business partner as I sell cars for living I had 5 other cars for them but taking my business somewhere else. Not to mention he treats his emoyees like animals smh.
