I began performing my own fluid and oil changes at home. Consequently, I needed a place that recycled engine coolant and differential oil. I called Auto Zone and O’Reilly, but they informed me that they don’t recycle coolant. I then called this Advance Auto Parts store, and they were able to recycle all my fluids. I want to express my sincere gratitude for their assistance.

Excellent service. Got my battery tested and replaced (offered free) and was on my way in 20 minutes or so. Friendly. Customer service still exists! Come here for your needs. Great manager and staff. Berlin was super helpful and knowledgeable.

I repeatedly brought in a battery that was under warranty and was consistently told it wasn’t the problem, despite ongoing issues and multiple tests. It wasn’t until I pushed for the warranty replacement after a dealership identified the battery as the issue that the problem was finally resolved. There were a couple of people who were helpful; however, I was disappointed by how my concerns were dismissed throughout the process.

This is a very well stocked & clean store in the heights. The workers there are very professional and have a good sense of humor. They handled what I needed without any issues and did it quickly. There was no long lines to wait in so come on in today . They have a bunch of isles of merchandise including air fresheners and decals for your car or truck. I really appreciate the great service.
