I had such a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Antonio! He was incredibly helpful, super friendly, and really knowledgeable. I had gone to AutoZone first and didn’t get the help I needed, but Antonio took the time to explain everything and make sure I was taken care of. We even had a really nice conversation while he helped me out. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the amazing service he provided. Highly recommend!
I've been going to this store for almost 15 years and service has been average at best. Recently it seems the store has taken a turn for the best. I assume it is due to Antonio, I have had the pleasure of talking to him four times this past month. Every time he has been very helpful and is a wealth of knowledge. I leave the store knowing more than when I came in.
Went in to get my battery tested. It was defective. The person working told me I had to wait 4 hours for a replacement battery to arrive. I got there 4 hours later and a different person told me there is multiple of the batteries I needed there. So they gave me a new one and didnt test it. The new one ends up being defective again. So I will be going back again. This is some bullshit.
I’m not usually one to complain, and the staff was polite, but shoppers should be aware of outdated promotional signage. I recently purchased a 12-pack of microfiber cloths, originally priced at $17.99. I wouldn’t have bought them at full price, but a prominent “$5 Off!” coupon was displayed on the shelf. A $12.99 deal for microfiber towels? Seemed like a no-brainer. However, when I got home, I noticed my receipt still reflected the full price. I returned to the store to ask about the discrepancy, and the cashier pointed out—somewhat sheepishly—that the coupon had actually expired three days prior. While they apologized, and I don’t expect a store to honor an expired promotion, it’s frustrating to see outdated signage still influencing purchasing decisions. The experience wasn’t terrible, but it’s worth noting that attention to detail seems to be lacking. If you shop here, double-check promotions before assuming they’re valid.
This location is great. They are always super helpful, particularly for those of us like myself who have limited knowledge about auto repairs. They've assisted with new battery purchases, windshield wiper replacement, oil change products and have even assisted and demonstrated installation. The parts they've recommended have always been a perfect fit for my vehicles and have continued to work for years.
