A couple of weeks ago, I had an amazing experience with Kevin at Advance Auto Parts. After speaking with him and receiving his expert advice, I made the decision to stop taking my business to AutoZone and become a loyal Advance Auto Parts customer. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Nathan, who went above and beyond to help me with a fuel pump replacement project. He took the time to explain the process, review the parts I needed, and make sure I had everything necessary to successfully complete the repair myself. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to help were truly appreciated. What stands out most about Advance Auto Parts is the incredible level of knowledge and experience among the staff. I never feel like I’m being sold something I don’t need. Instead, I feel like I’m receiving honest advice from men of integrity who genuinely want to help their customers. That kind of service is rare these days. The kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome I receive every time I walk through the door makes me feel right at home. It’s comforting to know that right here in the heart of my community are experienced professionals who love what they do and truly know their craft. As someone who lives in the Third Ward area, I feel honored and blessed to have an Advance Auto Parts nearby with such outstanding customer service. Kevin, Nathan, and the entire team have earned my trust and my business. The customer service is impeccable, and the level of care they provide is simply out of this world. I had to come and praise Kevin the Store Manager. He absolutely made the process of me getting a new better quick and easy. Great guy, great conversation, great customer service. Its so rare to get all three. Thank you again Kevin!

This particular advance auto parts store has everything we need. If they don't have it, they place an order and have it soon for us. Customer service is excellent. Employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

This Advance Auto Parts store conveniently located on Scott St. @ OST is clean and well lighted with good merchandise presentation. Store associates are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They offer loaner tool sets. When you buy wipers or auto batteries, installation is free.
