This place was awesome. Answered phone quickly, pulled my part quickly. Sent timely notifications through phone. Part was ready for pickup when promised. Guy at pickup area was very friendly and helpful. I will always check Airline Auto Salvage first in the future.

Excellent first-time experience! I called ahead looking for a part, paid online, and by the time I got there everything was already pulled and ready for pickup. The customer service from the phone call to in-person was top tier — exactly what great customer service should be! I only waited about 10 minutes, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Definitely will be coming back again for future parts. Highly recommend!

Airline Auto parts is so customer friendly. Unlike other salvage parts places. Their staff is so courteous, always helpful and is willing to find ways to make things easier for the customer. Nancy is wonderful. She handles our business account. Didn’t even know there was an option for delivery so we don’t have to keep running around to pickup parts. We have a small fleet of 20 cars. I would rather wait for the parts to come in at Airline Auto than to Go with someone that has the part in stock. That’s how welll they tray their customers. Thank you, airline auto Parts

Great price and service . The pulled my fender in about 20 minutes. Good condition and same color . Front office and pickup area are super clean. The pride in that alone was impressive

First and most important they had the part I was looking for. James as well as the accounting dept were very helpful and professional. They also have 6 month to three year warranties if u want again at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend for any one looking for used car parts.
