Packed line and I was on hold for 30 mins on the phone. I don't suggest coming to this location if your in a hurry. The lady that waited on us was patient and helpful. The man that put me on hold was so rude and he could have just communicated that they were extremely busy instead he just left me on hold. I didn't appreciate it at all. When I was being helped by the lady he comes over slapping the ticket with the part number on the counter with a little attitude. Clearly I should have been the one mad about being placed on hold and forgot about. I got my parts after waiting through a long line. I been to a bunch of autozone locations and this one falls short of their usual professionalism. The store wasn't very clean and organized like the other locations. I don't like this location and they really don't deserve 3 stars but the LADY cashier that was working today did a great job despite the long line. It was the guy working today that made them lose the other 2 stars. He needs to learn better verbal communication skills over the phone and they need to hire more people.
I had a disappointing experience at AutoZone today. It was my first time coming in and asking for help using the scanner, and instead of being guided, I was met with a rude response. The employee told me I should already know the rules about not using the scanner when it rains—but it wasn’t even raining, and no one had ever explained that policy to me before. As a new customer, I expected at least a little patience and basic customer service. A simple explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. I hope management can address this, because situations like this can easily push customers away.
I came in because my truck had stalled while driving. Figured I needed a new battery. I was serviced by Welton who was very knowledgeable and helpful in the way he handled my concerns. He taught me how to properly care for my battery as well as helping me find items in the store that I could use for the future. I ended up spending $25 instead of $200 for a new battery and I’m writing this after about a month or so of no problems! Thank you Welton, this is the only Autozone I would go to in the future.
Yesterday I made an error and purchased the wrong windshield wipers for my vehicle. Today a wonderful, patient, polite, and professional employee, Juan, handled my return, got the correct wipers and assisted even further by putting the windshield wiper on my car for me. Thank you so much Juan for going above and beyond.
Welton helped me out with my car battery, in which he went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable and cared to kindly educate me with patience. He’s provided the best service I’ve gotten at any autozone thus far. I’ve recommended this location to my friends and family.
