Had a rear window wiper blade stolen off my car. Went into the AutoZone on Cavalcade just prior to closing on Sunday night. 2 very nice ladies running the store. Lucrecia assisted me with looking up the car, the wiper and getting me checked out and on the way. Exactly what you hope for in customer service and the reason I keep coming back to their store. She had another customer in the mean time who was having trouble which she expertly assisted and another who was a bit rushed for time. She was cool, calm and collected. I understand why she gets great reviews.
Lucrecia at AutoZone was amazing! This is my second time being helped by her, and she consistently provides such friendly, welcoming service. She took the time to make sure I had exactly what I needed and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely kind and helpful—she truly goes above and beyond. AutoZone is lucky to have her!
Car battery died on the first scorching hot day of the year. I know nothing about changing car batteries but MELANIE!! Helped my husband and I buy a new battery and REPLACE it in the sun and she fixed the faulty connection on my husbands battery too. Please no one else ask her to do this for the rest of the year. She’s already fulfilled her hot day battery replacement quota. Thank you Melanie! You were great!!
I was in a bad spot and Jailene and Victoria came through for me. Jailene started out helping me and then when she called Victoria over. They were able to take care of my auto needs. They are two of the best auto zone workers I have ever encountered. Thank you for hiring two of the best people ever!
I was in a bind and felt my car battery going out so I stopped in and Jose helped me check my battery and got me squared away with a new one and installed it too. Great fast service and I’ll definitely be back! Thank you ☺️
