I come to this AutoZone all the time, and I finally made time to leave the review they deserve. Angelica, the Parts Sales Manager and Norma Gean are absolutely amazing. They always are the ones who help me, and every single time they are knowledgeable, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure I get exactly what I need. Today Angelica really went above and beyond by helping me save some money while still getting the right parts. That level of customer service is hard to find these days, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. If you stop by this AutoZone, I highly recommend asking for Angelica. She truly cares about her customers and makes every visit a great experience. Thank you for all your help!
Norma welcomed me so kindly and was eager to assist. Marina is extremely knowledgeable and treated me so well! The entire team were so nice to work with while they changed out my car battery. I will definitely be back!
I had a really positive experience at AutoZone thanks to one of their employees. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. I wasn’t entirely sure what part I needed, but they took the time to ask the right questions and quickly guided me to the correct solution. What stood out most was their patience and professionalism—they explained things clearly without making me feel rushed or out of place. His name was Antonio.
Don't advertise that you close at 10pm, I show up at 9:50 to pick up a brake light bulb and you're closed. Both employees inside Don't even bother looking up when I knock. Normally I get pretty good service here.
Needed some terminal ends, they had in stock on shelf. Paid for, and was on way out when thought total was a bit high. Double checked shelf, found was overcharged. Went back to cashier, couldn't / wouldn't refund. Asked for manager, they couldn't/ wouldn't refund. Said price increased, and they were behind on updating shelves. Kept asking for phone number from purchase. I didn't give one at purchase so couldn't give one at return. Sent complaint to regional manager / corporate, no response. Ended up disputing charge with credit card company, charge back successful. Have had problems of 1 sort or another at various locations. Perhaps my expectations of customer service are unrealistic. If shelf has a price on it, that is what I expect to pay. Not a different price because behind on changing prices. Attempt to screw a customer out of petty price difference cost you another customer.
