The Lyons location is my local branch, I really appreciate seeing the store manager at the front interacting with customers. Ms. Rosalind went above and beyond finding a solution when an item I had ordered was not in stock saving me time which is priceless.

I don't believe I've ever been to an AutoZone in my 54 yrs of life that someone didn't greet me , and at least ask me if I could use some assistance. Until today! This lady who I believe to be the Mgr only asked that I step out of the way so she could line up her batteries in the exact spot I was trying to view audio. Forcing me to try and read things on a box from 4 or 5 feet away. So I left! Then I went and spent $643.98 on audio equipment. Great job AutoZone! Won't be back.

I was having the worst day possible and all of the staff was super helpful . I needed a hotspot to pay for my battery and long story short closed mouths don’t get feed. I thank you all for helping me . BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERR!!!!
