This Autozone upheld my 3-year battery warranty without question. I took my vehicle to another Autozone on 610 who said my Duralast just needed to be charged and the battery was still good. But the charge wasn’t holding. My car was still not starting up correctly. This Autozone on 11th gave me no hassle. Now I’m safe to drive my car with another Duralast platinum battery under the warranty. Thank you for being so helpful!

I’d been trying to find the right tool to get my oil filter cap off and I was ready to give up before the folks at this branch came to the rescue. They addressed the problem head on and locked in on what I’d been doing wrong! Extremely professional, I’d happily come back for more help and products!
