The Manager Of this store and also the staff working here are very nice! I came here to check the engine light in my dashboard and the manager Juan helped me right away! Also store is very well maintained.

I called to inquire on a particular part on Saturday, ealry morning . Lady who answered put me on hold. While over 20 minutes on hold I drove over, I arrive and only 2 employee, mind you , I was still on hold. The woman there quickly said oh it was not her that had me on hold. Mind you, instead of trying to make the situation better, I ask her for a particular part, her response was " check back there" pointing to the back of the store. No customer service while at the store much less on the phone. Bad service. If you don't want to work, stop taking a position that someone else might need and is willing to work.

I was helped by Fernando , I’m usually not great with remembering names but that’s how great his service was ! I came in needing new headlights and not only did he install them for me but he also showed me how to do it step by step! He was very quick and efficient in his work , he really deserves a raise ! If you ever need any side mechanic work he’s your guy !
