I had an issue with my car and didn’t know what was going on. Called this store and they said come on over and we will look into. Jose and Bri were super helpful and explained to me what could be wrong. They tested the battery and showed me that it was bad. Then recommended next steps to get it fixed. Grateful that they were so friendly and easy to work with!!!
While it was raining, one of my windshield wipers came loose. I went to Autozone to replace my wipers and Joe G. was extremely helpful. Although he was with another customer, he acknowledged me and asked what I needed and guided me to the correct aisle. He promoted the Rain X windshield washer and told me about it's benefits. After ringing me up, he installed my new Bosch wipers and taught me how to remove and install the wipers. Overall, this was the perfect visit. Big kudos to Joe and his customer service!
Not only is this location understaffed, cuz how you telling me you have a long line of people trying to check out and no one to help them out! Associates outside and who knows where else in the store. A quick in and out took me like 20 minutes just to pay. But the ppl yall have working at this location have no knowledge of what they doing.
Shoutout to Sergio at AutoZone for the amazing help today. My battery completely died and he went above and beyond helping me replace it quickly and professionally. Super knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process stress-free. Customer service like that is hard to find nowadays. Definitely appreciate the help and highly recommend asking for Sergio if you stop by!
