Excellent location on the southeast corner of the North Freeway and E. Crosstimbers. It was formerly a CVS location and has been totally remodeled. The store is clean and well lighted. Merchandise display is very good. Store associates are friendly and helpful. I am pleased that they opened this large AutoZone store at this location.

Terrible customer service. I went inside for a free diagnostic test, and an employee told me to wait outside and said, “I’ll be there in a minute.” I waited for over 20 minutes while the employee was free, but no one ever came out to help me. There was no update, no apology, and no effort to assist me. I eventually had to leave without getting the diagnostic test. If you can’t provide the service you advertise, at least communicate with your customers instead of making them wait.
