If you own a import vehicle this is the place to go... I bought rear stabilizer links for a 2017 Avalon LXE, and I'd already called O'Reilly's, AutoZone and advance Auto parts and they want an $81.99 a each I think.. I had called import Auto right out the gate.. And they told me $36.... But it would take a few hours for some weird reason... Long story swear to call them back and end up being $18.99 each which equal to $36 total ... Talk about crazy how much the chains parts stores are charging two sticks of metal with the articulating joint on each end... Even if it was $81.99 for a pair at either of the big stores is still ridiculous over three times the prices.. A friend of mine a neighbor found this place and he's from Philadelphia I've been living here my whole damn life I never did this place existed I live less than a mile away.. to hell with AutoZone Riley's in advanced I own a 2004 Toyota Tundra I'm going here from now on
Ordered and bought a part that is hard to get from all Auto Parts Stores and the expensive retail Dealership. It was half of the price of what the Dealership Parts Dept wanted. Will definitely use them again! Their only Con is they won't take a credit card over the phone. Which means order and pay on the first trip, pick up on the second trip. I am sure they have their reasons.
Knowledgeable staff and overall good people to deal with. Lots of parts in stock and quick shipping on special order items.
This place is awesome... super helpful on getting the right parts by taking time to look up what is required for my car.
I called ahead of time to make sure they had the part I needed as they are a hour away from me. Upon arrival they told me it's in there system... but they don't know where it is? I asked what do we do now and the guy just stared at me like I was stupid or something for even being there. Long story short they just screwed me out of 2 hours of driving for absolutely nothing. 10 out 10 do not recommend. Since Mr. Bap passed away the place has gone straight down in service. Pathetic
