I Looked online for parts for my various cars and their website was the first to pop up they had all the parts i needed in stock and I came to pick them up. They got good prices and they are very helpful in finding the best option for you . Chris helped me find the right fog lights for my truck and they were only 25$ each!

Ordered a part online and on the confirmation page, it showed Saturday pickup hours from 9-3. I drove up from Pearland the following Saturday and hit traffic, arriving at 2:20. When I got there, they were closed. When I called, the message stated their Saturday hours were 10-2. I emailed and let them know what happened and Sean replied, very apologetic. He said he would work on getting the hours on the confirmation page fixed and offered to deliver the part to me. My work location is closer, so I said they could drop it there. Because I work at a location on a large site, it was a little confusing to know which was the entrance, but Hector called me and drove around until he found me. Small hiccup at the beginning, but they went out of their way to make it right and I appreciate it. Great customer service all around and I do plan to use them again. Also, I installed the part yesterday and it was a perfect fit, 0 flaws.

I called and was able to speak to someone quickly and he was very helpful and patient with my questions. This was my first time coming here and Houston Auto Parts made a great impression. I will definitely be looking here first for any future needs.
