They have every part you can think of under the sun! Most importantly the customer service here is impeccable! After working with the staff there, then I had the pleasure of meeting Ray the owner, what an amazing person and knowledge. Thank you guys so much. It's a rarity. Now, these days to find such a business that is truly hands on.And they greatly care about their customers.I will definitely be back and I will recommend and refer you to all my friends and family!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Kevin at Lone Star Imports Junkyard was extremely disappointing. I purchased a Mercedes E-Class screen, and it arrived broken due to poor packaging. That was over seven months ago, and I still have not received a refund. Since then, I've been given repeated promises that my refund was "being processed" or that they were "waiting on the UPS claim." None of those promises led to a resolution. Instead, I was given the runaround while my calls were ignored or I was left on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. Now, they rarely answer the phone at all. A reputable business should stand behind the parts it sells and take responsibility when a customer receives a damaged item. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend doing business with this company based on my experience. If customer service, honest communication, and standing behind their products matter to you, I would look elsewhere. Karma has a way of catching up with businesses that don't treat their customers fairly.
