Chuck was an amazing salesman—very knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Ivan and JR was reassuring and made it clear I’d be taken care of if service needs should be needed in the future. The parts Manager Jose and his team are very knowledgeable about their products and are pleasant to work with on acquiring parts for maintenance items Thankfully I've not had to perform any repairs. I've run into Alan Helfman on occasions there also,always a pleasure and pleasant experience.

While they didnt have everything that I ordered, it was as easy as ordering from their Mopar Store online and picking up the items at will call. Very easy process and very friendly will call staff.

I waited about 45 minutes when I came here to pick up the cabin air filter and engine filter I ordered online. Is it really that difficult to bring two simple filters? The service is very poor.

Great working with River Oaks. Ismael Zamora assisted from start to finish, ensuring as much could be done upfront as possible (no one wants to spend all day in the dealership). He located the perfect vehicle and had it ready and waiting for me. Also finance docs were ready to go (used personal financing outside of dealership) and was finished in about 5 minutes. Happy customer!
