Liz and Evelyn did an amazing job helping me with a battery holder replacement! Their customer service was outstanding as they were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. As someone who doesn’t usually feel very confident in this type of environment, I really appreciated how welcoming and supportive they were. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable, and I never felt intimidated. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will definitely be coming back again. Thank you both for the great service!

Bought a battery 2 years ago with warranty. Since then it's died twice they replaced it the 1st time no problem. However the battery they replaced it with only lasted 4 months. Not recommending for battery replacement.

Just took a job in Houston and am far from family. Of course the battery on my truck went out and O’Reilly’s was closest to my work. A young man named Isaac helped me with a new battery, and even installed it for me. My truck was a little difficult and was probably more than he bargained for but he was patient and kept a smile on his face the entire time. Very grateful for his help today and will definitely use this location for future auto needs!

Went in to get fuses how've I didn't know where they were in my car. The person at the counter looked at me like a deer in head lights. Then said to all the guy in the white van to do it, cuz he a vacancy. I said does he speak English? She said no. I said we'll that's not gonna help me either. I'll just go to auto zone. Worst possible service ever!!!
