Went in to purchase a part that I called in the previous night to confirm that it was available and to get a quote. So the guy gave me a quote over the phone and ordered the part. He stated that the part will be available Friday morning at 8.30 am. I asked him do they still honor the competitor's prices, which I was referring to AutoZone which he says yes. I arrive at the store and go to get my part. I have a printed out quote from AutoZone and the guy at the counter is saying oh that's to cheap we can't give you that price. He's goes to the back to ask the Commercial parts manager. Dude I'm a walk in customer I am not a mechanic. So I finally talked with the real store manager and he honored my price. This guy needs to be delivering parts or something. He always gives you wrong information or says I Don't know

These guys don’t want to help you change light bulbs after you purchase them. I’ve been to other places where they’re more than happy to do it. Don’t come to this place again with their excusing

Went in Sunday morning with a battery, the guy asked me do I want to purchase a battery I said no this one needs a charge. He hooks up his device and says oh it's a bad battery. They usually charge the battery for you then test it. He goes on to say well we have a couple on the charger and it will take a while. I ask the other employee standing at the other register about the battery process he just stands there looking spaced out. I eventually left and went to AutoZone. The employees were willing to help me instead of just trying to sell me a $200 battery like O Reilly. They tested the battery after they charged it and yes it was a good battery.

Disgusting service. Everytime I went to buy something they gave me the wrong parts.
