Jacob the store manager is incredible to say the least! Helped me out when I needed help the most. His employees are top notch as well. Niko is an exceptional worker. They weren’t afraid to get their hands dirty & got my vehicle where it needed to go in this Texas heat. 100/10 recommend this store and their team. Thank you kindly to you all!!!!!!!!!!
Came in around 7 PM just to get my check engine light scanned. Parked right by the entrance like any normal customer. The employee refused and said he “couldn’t take it” with no clear explanation.
I want to give a HUGE thanks to Jacob, and Niko!!!!!!!!! They really went above and beyond helping us start a truck. And when it didnt start they helped us pushed it all the way to O'Reilly from the circle K. We helped a single mother with a young child when they were outside in the heat with their truck not running.Big thank you guys!!!!! Really above and beyong!!!!! Give these guys your business 👏
I give this store 5/5 stars not because I feel like it, but so more of the fact that these guys at this store know what they are doing. I came in looking to buy oil for my car, but wasnt sure which kind my car would need...So, I went to the nearest orielys where these gentlemen had no problem assisting me, I didn't feel judged base on the lack of my knowledge, which made me feel valued as a customer! Also, I want to include they were helpful enough to even offer assistance and helping put the oil in the correct spot. I would definitely come back if I have any car troubles again as this store earnt a new valued customer. Kuddos to the men on lawndale!
The customer service was excellent everyone was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s refreshing to go to a place where the staff is genuinely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone needing auto parts or advice.
