I had an amazing experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts! I came in dealing with a battery issue on yesterday 04/16/2026, and the staff truly went above and beyond to help me out. They were professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, they took the time to actually assist and make sure everything was handled properly. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, and I genuinely appreciate the extra effort they put in to get me back on the road. Mr. Arman Everson helped me solve this ongoing problem I was having starting my car. Arman took his time to explain what the issue was with the Toyota Camry and its functions when a Batter is identified as bad. He was very professional, thorough, clear, and patient. Definitely bringing family and friends to get parts for our respective cars. Again, thank you O’Reilly team for providing World Class customer service for us all in this community.

Apple Maps says open for 7:30am, 20min and still nobody has showed up. The autozone next door is much nicer with better service. This place is awful.

I'm a fan of O'Reilly's auto parts but this story is Richard going the extra mile. I needed front rotors for my Hyundai and used the O'REILLY'S website to find a store that had them in stock. So of course 10 in stock meant zero you could take home tonight. Normally I'd be crabby but Richard was perfect about it, had them in the store next morning by 10:30 am and gave me a price break for my trouble. This is why O'Reilly's is my first choice for parts. In a world of rudeness and I don't care attitudes it's delightful to be treated in true Texas fashion. Everyone makes mistakes, that's a given what they do next makes all the difference!!
