This whole sham is a discombobulated train wreck do not bother coming to this location. It's full of misinformation given by someone's grandson possibly named Edgar. I can't figure out why they told us the part we ordered would be ready at 8 a.m and we get here at 10 a.m just to be sure they had the part. They really lied and told us to come and pick up. Now they changed their story to 1 p.m. that is wasting my time. We traveled over a hour to get here. I'm highly unsatisfied and disappointed at the people they hired here. Not only are the parts higher at O'Reilly they dont.give much of a rewards for their customers. The workers don't have any kind of direction unless it's written in black and white they dont use best judgement or common sense. If we ordered the part late at almost 9 p.m.on Sunday why would you direct the customer to pick it up at 8 a.m the next morning. That was why we waited 2 hours and then came . They really made it difficult because it's hot outside and there is no where to go for 3 hours while waiting. On top of that the could have given us a courtesy call to tell us the part was here to avoid all of this. This location should probably be shut down due to strong management and intellectual workers. They really don't know about shipping and receiving. Mostly kids working here that still need help changing their own oil so what would lead you to believe they are qualified to pull parts correctly. This really started with them sending the customer off with the wrong part number. They didn't have the part correctly marked with the SKU # giving the wrong part. So the mechanics puts the part almost all the way on then notices it was not correct. At that time we gave the customer a ride to O'Reilly location #1 was on BISSONNET they order the wrong part to this location. Maybe if they trained the workers to know their parts sequencing and numbers this wouldn't have happened.

The store associate, Nancy was able to get me situated with my battery issues. She was quick with the testing and making sure the replacements were in stock. She was able to get me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great and efficient service and definite game changer

I stood in line for 10 mins behind one person while the guy working the desk played on the computer not calling the guy ahead of me. No help to be given ended getting the wrong fastener.

John is very knowledgeable and willing to share products that will work. The relationship he has with the community of mechanics is great. He and a local mechanic suggested a product that could keep my 1974 Van on the road until I have the funds to cover a new oil pump.
