Five stars. I had an outstanding experience with B&B Mobile Mechanic. Mr. John came out at4 AM when my car wouldn’t start and I was stuck on the side of the road. He responded quickly, was polite and professional, and went above and beyond. He even drove to pick up the parts and came back to fix my car. He was also incredibly kind to both me and my son, which really meant a lot. It’s hard to find that level of service these days. If you need an honest, dependable, and skillful mobile mechanic at a fair price, I highly recommend B&B Mobile Mechanic and Mr. John. Thank you again for your exceptional service.

It’s kinda difficult to place what a fair review is. Called him after my cv axle gave out on the road while on my way to get it fixed. I called a tow truck as well just in case so that if he wasn’t available, I would have my car towed to a nearby mechanic for him to work on it. I asked if he would work on my axle since I already had the part in my car. He said he could so I then asked him how much he would charge. He initially quoted me at $280 but I said that it would let work out for me since the other mechanic had given me a quote of $217 for 1.3 hrs of labor. I was prepared to hang up but then he stopped me and said he would actually do it for $220. Mins you I hadn’t told him the other mexhanics’s price, just that it wouldn’t work for me. He told me he would be there immediately. Upon arrival he quickly got to work with his assume nephew. An hour in, he had the axle out. But then there was another part to the axle he needed to take out, which proved difficult. 3 hours in, he still couldn’t get it out and that’s when he began to berate me about if I had heard sounds, that he knew the job would be difficult, that I had tried to lowball him on the price of the job, and that mobile mechanics charge more compared to shop mechanics. I was incredibly confused and became frustrated y his attitude considering HE was the one who proposed the $220 fee and he told me he could get the job done. I ultimately realized that he wouldn’t be able to replace my axle after his attempts to get the last part of the axle out. So I paid him the $220, didn’t get the job done at all, called a tow truck and ended up getting the job done the next day by a different mechanic down the street. In fact, the other mechanic got it done in about 2 hours. All in all his personality isn’t something that would appeal to everyone but he will come out to check it out and try to fix your issue. I just wouldn’t trust him to do a major job since he doesn’t have all the tools at his disposal.

John was amazing! I called around 9:45pm and BnB had someone out to me by 10:15pm. John was very knowledgeable, he helped explain things so that I understood them. He helped me think through pros and cons of different repair options and provided clear expert opinion! He went the extra mile by helping me push my vehicle into a safe parking location while we waiting for parts. If you're ever stuck and need a mobile mechanic John and bnb Mobile are the place to go!

My check engine light came on, so I had it diagnosed through AutoZone. I then called this company to explain the issue and the repair needed. They responded quickly, and the mechanic arrived within 30 minutes of my initial phone call on a Wednesday afternoon in Houston, TX. The mechanic was knowledgeable, professional, and engaging—he clearly knew what he was doing and took the time to answer my questions. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently; the only delay was me having to go pick up the parts. I’m very satisfied with the pricing—it was absolutely fair and left no reason to negotiate. I had a good experience with bnb my truck broke down the shift cable went out. My boy John came out rigged it up to where I could get it home at least it was 1030pm I was celebrating a bday with family. He was quick I was still able to enjoy the night thanks again!!!
