Stopped in to have my brakes checked and I needed new brake pads. They were able to do it the same day, which I was not expecting, so it was a nice surprise to be able to get it done! Great service and great work and definitely recommend E and E for any kind of auto service! Dependable, reliable and fair price!!

5 STARS all around. I got my car serviced here a little over a year ago and had an emergency wheel situation and they were absolutely TOP NOTCH when it came to Customer service/appreciation. Not only were they extremely busy and fit me in but were extremely compassionate towards my situation. This will be a forever Auto mechanic shop for me and I highly recommend getting your car serviced here. Hands down the most Authentic service I have ever recieved by any company.

I hired them to change a lock on my car. They broke several plastic panel pieces. It is going to cost me more than the original “repair” to have it fixed. I don’t even want these clowns touching my car anymore to try and fix the damage they caused. I am the original owner of this low mileage car and I know the door has never been taken apart before. Horrible place avoid at all costs. Then they called and threatened me when I told them I was going to give a bad review.

I’m not totally sure how to rate this place. I’d probably give them a 3.5. The biggest negative against them is their pricing is WAY too high, and the service experience be didn’t seem to correspond to how much more they charge than other places in Houston. In my case, I didn’t have a choice unless I was willing to pay to tow the car to an entirely different mechanic. So I got them to fix the minimum issues to get the car moving and then I had the remaining problems fixed elsewhere, saving me hundreds of dollars.

It was fast and easy. They did the most thorough detail imaginable. They basically stripped the whole inside of the car, seats and all and cleaned everything. The fabric seats were 12 years dirty and now they’re spotless. I had an ant problem which they found since they stripped the car, and sprayed them down with alcohol. I haven’t seen one since. I just let my friend off at her house and she said, I’m confused, did you get a new car? It was so clean she didn’t recognize it. It seemed expensive compared to a standard detail but, considering all the work they did, and the excellent results, the price was reasonable and so worth it! Plus, I’ve used the shop for many, many years, always with good results.
