Every time I have gone to E1 Garage Alec & the whole team treat me like im the only customer they have. The WHOLE team does such a tremendous job connecting with customers, and even more so than that, reliable work that you can count on. Not a lot of people want to deal with "auto places" because of how they will be treated as a customer, and I've never had to worry about that. They are customer focused driven and that is a huge key difference between E1 and other places. Not once have they been pushy with "selling me something" that I didnt need. I have continued to go here for anything and everything for my car because the work is absolutely perfect the first time. My car has never been delayed and has always been done in a timely manner. Prices are extremely fair and competitive with the rest of the market. I have sent many personal friends here and I know they share the same experiences that I do. I would never invite someone to a place in which I didnt think the work wasnt going short of amazing. The whole team at E1 Garage has so much to offer, and their other location E1 Auto Spa is fantastic as well! Thanks for all the contributions you continually make to help make our car community great

Had an awesome experience at E1 Garage Shop! Brought my Audi SQ5 in for new brake pads, and Alec made the whole process super easy. The service was quick, communication was great, and they even set me up with a loaner car, which made it so convenient. If you need any work done on your car, hit up Alec! He’ll take great care of you. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to E1 a few times for my Tesla and Alec and Hector have been very accommodating. I had my car aligned in a different city a few weeks ago and found out that they probably shouldn’t have aligned my car without replacing the control arms. I got my control arms replaced and got my car re-aligned and received a complimentary re-look at the alignment to ensure things were appropriate. I also like to get coffee across the street at Tenfold coffee which is nice too. I’ve seen other people from outer suburbs bring their car in to E1 so it looks like customers (including me) are def willing to travel to get our cars serviced here.

Finding a trustworthy shop that truly understands Audi vehicles can be challenging, especially when it comes to an Audi Q3. That’s why I wanted to take a moment to recognize Humberto and his team for delivering an outstanding first experience. The complimentary loaner vehicle was clean, newer, and ready to go, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. What impressed me the most was that my vehicle was diagnosed and repaired in just one day, despite the city dealing with flooding and difficult conditions. I’m a first-time customer and I’ll definitely be back! I was able to snag a same-day appointment for a brake pad replacement, and the team couldn't have been more welcoming. Their digital inspection process is top-notch—they sent a thorough evaluation with photos so I could see exactly what the mechanic saw. The best part? I approved the work right from my phone while grabbing a latte at Tenfold Coffee across the street. The job was completed promptly, professionally, and at a very fair price. Highly recommend!
