Had a great experience at Heights AutoHaus! Stan and Philip walked us through the entire process, were extremely transparent and reasonable about the prices. Would definitely be coming back here for any car related issues. Can definitely recommend this place for the most hassle free, quick turn around and trust worthy experience. Extra points for booking us a to and fro ride from the auto shop to our place.

I had a very disappointing experience with Autohaus in Houston. I brought my car in to replace the brakes because the warning light was on. There was no noise before the service. The moment I picked up my car, it started making noise. I had to bring it back four different times, and each visit I was given a different explanation. The final excuse was that the noise was coming from the brakes they “didn’t replace” and that it was just a coincidence. That explanation made no sense. When I asked for a refund, they raised their voices and were rude instead of taking responsibility. I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. Their attitude changed completely once there was an issue. I would not return and would not recommend this shop.

I realized my car needed a new battery after trying to start it in the morning. I had enough juice to get me to a parts store but they told me I needed it to be programmed. I quickly googled a mechanic near me and found Heights Autohaus and called asking if they could fit me in. They told me they could have it ready for pickup later in the day, but since I had my 4 month old with me with no way of getting home they told me to come right away and they would have it ready within 45 minutes. They were EXCEPTIONAL. Danny got my new battery installed and programmed within 30 minutes. While we were waiting we were talking with the manager who was so kind and turned on Santa toys to try to entertain my son. They pulled my car up to the very front of the shop and helped me inside as well. It was such a wonderful experience for a hectic time! I will definitely be recommending this shop, and taking my car here in the future.

Have been twice now and had a good experience both times. You can get your car in fast and they fix it the same day. The staff are courteous and keep you well informed.

Trey was great! He was informative and helpful from the first phone call. The service was completed without a hassle in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!
