came in for my car inspection and had a great experience. The location is very clean, and the staff are extremely respectful and welcoming. The whole process only took about 10 minutes. Richard helped me out, and while they were doing the inspection, I was able to sit in their cozy backyard area, sip some coffee, and enjoy my afternoon. Before I even finished my coffee, my car was already ready to go! This is my third year coming here, and I will definitely keep coming back. I highly recommend this place to my neighbors in the Spring Branch area. They provide all kinds of car/mobile services at this location. honestly, you shouldn’t choose anywhere else other than J&T Automotive.

This was my first time taking my car to J&T Auto. I had a rattle noise coming from my back rear tire, so I dropped it off there. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away. I love that I was able to drop off car and got a ride to work via their shuttle service. While my car was there they also followed up with phone calls, pictures, and a detailed invoice. They certainly gained my trust, and my car is working like new again. Their team of mechanics is knowledgeable, and my service advisor, Chris, was fantastic. I highly recommend J&T Auto for any car repairs. They provided an excellent service and exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

I had an issue with my BMW M4 after accidentally going over a curb and was concerned about possible suspension and alignment damage. The experience was absolutely exceptional! The staff is incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. They also didn’t upsell me stuff I didn’t need. A stress free experience. They’ve earned a customer for life because I finally feel like I’ve found a shop with fair pricingI can trust. The price to have my stabilizer bar links replaced was $55 less than the dealership and the quality was just as good. They also provided transportation home and back to the shop. I’ll definitely be back!

F350 transit- needed new brakes. The time to wait for repairs was almost the next day. Sent updates along the process. The same work at the Ford dealership was almost triple what I payed J&T automotive. Straight forward company. No beating around the bush. Those new brakes almost tossed me through the windshield. SOLID WORK.
