I've been a customer here for about a year. For small fixes they were quick and polite. However, when it came to my check engine light coming on they attempted to scam me! The mechanic told me that I needed a new transmission that would cost over $5000! I went to two other mechanics to check and the problem was simply a sensor that needed changing. I'm so disappointed, and I will NEVER return again. Be safe out there and go somewhere else!

Scammers disguised as mechanics!!! I wouldn’t let these people wash my car after the past 2 months of spending over 4k in repairs. First off, they don’t include their “diagnostic” fee with your repair cost if you decide to let them “fix” your problem. They still charge you the diagnostic fee on top of the repair cost, which most shops put that fee towards your balance paid. I came in with oil consumption problems and instead of checking to see what was the root cause, they kept “fixing” the symptoms of the problem instead of looking into what was causing the problem. After they replaced a trans leak, they somehow did not remember to add trans fluid back into the car. I had to do it myself. Which should have been my sign to never use these guys again. Then after they replaced a thermostat, my radiator hose immediately began leaking coolant which it did not before the repair. When I took it back, did they insist on fixing it? No they charged me for a new hose replacement. Said they would only charge me for the part but the bill came out to about $400. What hose cost $400?? As far as my oil consumption problem, that was never fixed or addressed. They just charged me an arm and a leg to replace all of the gaskets on the car. Just for the problem to reappear a week later. And when I took the car back to show them that the problem remained, they charged me the diagnostic fee AGAIN. And in their “diagnostic” they didn’t do anything but took pictures of the dipstick with no oil.. well I already knew the dipstick had no oil on it myself, I didn’t need to spend another $135 for someone else to do it. I asked because I have a “warranty” on the labor that didn’t actually fix the problem would they meet me half way to at least fix the issue. They then told me if the gaskets didn’t fix it then it’s internal issues. Well why didn’t the car “experts” suspect that to be the problem in the first place? Why fix everything around the issue instead of finding the root cause? I took the car to another shop to fix the actual problem which would require an engine rebuild and the quote came out to be cheaper than what these guys charged me to just replace gaskets.. I’m beating myself up for continuing to go to these people and giving them my money for no reason. I NEVER write negative reviews but I feel the need to do so hopefully to help someone else before they are scammed. This place should get no stars. And I want them to come under this review to call me a liar because I have all the receipts, time and energy to have this business crumble.

Amin is awesome! He’s extremely thorough, knowledgeable, clearly explains options and does great work in a timely manner always with reasonable labor costs beating dealerships by far.

Excellent auto repair service! The mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it perfectly. My car is running like new again. Highly recommended

Terrible service and a complete waste of time. These guys keep vehicles for two full days without any updates. Had I known that beforehand, I would have gone to one of the many better auto body and repair shops in Houston that are honest, straightforward, and reliable. These guys are not the ones to choose—trust me.
