I've been a regular customer since 2018. They've overhauled my suspension, multiple brake replacements, countless tire plugs, rotations and replacements. Most recently I came through to rotate tires based on Tesla's recommended mileage, plus I needed a few pounds of air in all 4 tires. They were certain I didn't need to rotate yet and told me I'd be wasting my money and then filled up my tires for free and sent me on my way. These folks are the real deal and know how to run a successful car repair business and treat customers! They're always upfront and honest. Through firsthand experience and witnessing dozens of customer interactions from their waiting area, I can assure you they're genuinely great people who care about their work and their customers. I will continue recommending them without reservation! Thanks again Montrose Automotive!

Been coming here for years for pretty much everything a 2014 Corolla could need. Always treated very well with kindness and fairness. They pick me up and bring me back when my car is ready, which is generous. David and Sam are very nice. Can’t recommend enough.

Sam was awesome I called him around 10:30 AM and asked him for a quote for brakes. He told me that the car would not be able to get done today but then told me if I bring it in they’ll try their best to get it done. I literally had my car back by 3 PM that same day and for a reasonable price as well I would highly recommend Montrose autobody for any of your car service needs especially Sam. He was amazing.

I’ve had some pretty terrible experiences with big chain automotive shops before. I went here and everything from customer service to actual service was WORLDS better. Cerjio did a great job not only taking care of things in a timely manner, but even when explaining everything, he was extremely clear and transparent. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs a job done right.

I just bought my first car in January and brought it in for a Pre Purchase Inspection. I gave them all the details about the car—including the year—before bringing it in. They still had me drop it off, only to charge me $154 and tell me after the fact that they don't even have an OBD scanner for a 1995 vehicle. (understandable to some extent) The worst part was the transmission fluid advice. Since this is my first car, I trusted their expertise when they told me the fluid was too high. I pumped some out based on their assessment, and the car started to have worse issues with transmission than before. It won’t catch gears properly and loses all power when I accelerate. It turns out the fluid was actually LOW, not high. Because I followed their wrong information and drove the car, my transmission is now slipping and potentially ruined. The staff were nice to talk to, but being "accommodating" doesn't fix a damaged transmission. If you don't have the tools for an older car or aren't sure about the technical details, you should be honest upfront instead of taking a customer's money and giving them advice that breaks their vehicle.
