Had an excellent experience at Premium Automotive. Aashir was a huge help from start to finish with my tune-up. I’d been without AC in my Range Rover since May and struggled to find anyone who could fix it. Premium Automotives did the diagnostic, explained the issue, told me exactly what to order, and had me back on the road within 2 days. Fast turnaround, welcoming family business, and genuinely good people. I would definitely recommend them! I love that they were very responsive when I text them to let them know my issue and to see if they could check it out. Everyone else wanted $100 plus fir a diagnostic, they only charged $20. Can't beat that.

The service was professional and extremely friendly. Aashir was knowledgeable of the issue and replaced my struts and coil assembly as well as the sway bar links with great results. I had a great experience with this shop! I called at the last minute needing an oil change, and even though they were close to closing, they got me in without any hassle. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. It’s hard to find businesses that still go above and beyond for their customers, and they definitely did. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and will be returning for future maintenance. Highly recommend!
