I was highly impressed by RMS Auto Care. Azim and the crew were excellent with my first experience with them. Their communication and transparency was above par and most importantly they were not pushy about doing the work with them and charging me a bunch. I went in primarily for a check engine light (which they immediately stated the diagnostic would be complimentary) and a few minor things I asked them to look at for me and quote me for. They couldn’t see it immediately but instead of having me wait around, I was offered a complimentary Lyft (in total I had 3 free Lyft rides thru my truck issues). They sent me the diagnosis in an email with images and videos as proof of what issues were. My MAF sensor and fuse box needed to be replaced and reprogrammed. These weren’t cheap but very fair after doing my research. Additionally 1. They fixed my washer dispensing issue for free, 2. They misdiagnosed the wiper switch but was actually the wiper motor that was damaged and didn’t charge me for replacing the switch (only the motor), 3. Gave me discounts on a few future maintenance visits I’ll need. Long story short, RMS is doing car repair right in our community. And NO I don’t work there, but tell them I sent you and they’ll give you a $25 discount.

This is by far the best auto shop out there. I hit a huge pothole in Montrose and really messed my baby up. I took it there because they were the closest and I’m so lucky I did. Not only did they work with me and my insurance but I basically had to do nothing. The whole team is fantastic but a special about out to Ashley. She communicated with me every single day and gave me constant updates. Promote her, give her the fattest raise, get her more vacation lol. They saved my baby and my sanity and I could not be more thankful! GO TO THEM FOR LITERALLY ANYTHING CAR RELATED.

I've been going to RMS Auto Care for the past year and have consistently had a great experience! They are efficient and fast, never keeping my car longer than necessary, and I've always found them honest about what work actually needs to be done. Whitney and Keith have personally helped me each time and have been wonderful to work with, though I've heard the whole team is great. It's rare to find a shop you can trust like this, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto care!

Top notch auto repair in all of Houston. My car unfortunately broke down off of West Alabama. I am not from Houston but I had it towed to RMS to see what the problem was. I choose RMS because off the great reviews. I called first and told Ashley (who is absolutely wonderful to deal with) the situation. They got my vehicle right in. They diagnosed the problem quickly and Ashley kept my up to date at all times. I strongly recommend!!!

RMS Auto Care always do such a great job with my service and they are a pleasure to work with. They are very timely and go above and beyond for you, like scheduling Lyfts for you while your car is in the shop. Highly recommend them.
