This is by far the best auto shop out there. I hit a huge pothole in Montrose and really messed my baby up. I took it there because they were the closest and I’m so lucky I did. Not only did they work with me and my insurance but I basically had to do nothing. The whole team is fantastic but a special about out to Ashley. She communicated with me every single day and gave me constant updates. Promote her, give her the fattest raise, get her more vacation lol. They saved my baby and my sanity and I could not be more thankful! GO TO THEM FOR LITERALLY ANYTHING CAR RELATED.

I've been going to RMS Auto Care for the past year and have consistently had a great experience! They are efficient and fast, never keeping my car longer than necessary, and I've always found them honest about what work actually needs to be done. Whitney and Keith have personally helped me each time and have been wonderful to work with, though I've heard the whole team is great. It's rare to find a shop you can trust like this, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto care!

I don’t normally leave Google reviews, but Azim absolutely earned this one. I live in Austin, and while I was in Houston back in March, my 2016 Ford Explorer’s transmission failed on I-10. I barely made it into RMS Auto Care (the closest shop I could find on google with good reviews). What started as an unexpected transmission rebuild turned into a long and frustrating ordeal with additional warranty work and another unexpected transmission failure. It was one of the most stressful automotive experiences I’ve ever had. And believe me when I say that I've had a LOT of them with this "Exploder". Through all of it, Azim never stopped taking care of me. He was honest, straightforward, easy to communicate with, and always treated me with respect. He never avoided me, never made excuses, and stood behind the work 100%. When the transmission failed again, he arranged to have my vehicle picked up, worked with the transmission specialists until the issue was fully resolved, and personally made sure the vehicle was thoroughly tested before giving it back. What impressed me most wasn’t that everything went perfectly—it didn’t. It was how Azim handled things when they didn’t. That’s what real customer service looks like. On top of everything, he went above and beyond by personally helping me with replacing my car key, when he knew I’d been through a really difficult year financially. He didn’t have to do that, and I’ll never forget it. If you need someone who is honest, stands behind their work, and genuinely cares about making things right, ask for Azim. Thank you again for everything. I truly appreciate everything you did for me.

RMS Auto Care always do such a great job with my service and they are a pleasure to work with. They are very timely and go above and beyond for you, like scheduling Lyfts for you while your car is in the shop. Highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience at RMS Auto Care! I came in to get my headlight replaced for my car and Keith and the entire team provided really great customer service from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. What really stood out was their efficiency, they were able to replace my headlight the same day, which was a huge convenience! On top of that, their pricing was more than affordable and very fair compared to other shops. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and fast auto repair shop, I highly recommend RMS Auto Care. I’ll definitely be returning for future services!
