Shawn and the team took amazing care of my vehicle. After moving to Houston recently it was time for new tires and a full work up on my car. They not only completed the most detailed and informative inspection I have had, but they communicated it to me through pictures, videos, and their words. No pushy sales gimmicks, just true diagnosis of issues and options for solving them. They took great care of my car and me!

Got a flat tire on my way to work and stopped by Rusk Auto. Arren and his team were super friendly, quick to help and had my tire repaired in no time and even checked the other tires while they were at it to make sure everything else was in shape. A flat tire is never fun but Arren and the team made the whole experience easy and stress-free for me, excellent service and professionalism. Definitely recommend Arren and the team at Rusk Auto, thanks guys!

It gives me peace of mind to know that Rusk Auto & Tire is in the area. I chose to be serviced here because they were the only business to answer my call during a late evening emergency. The front desk staff (Austin) was friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and in person. They were welcoming from the time I turned in the parking lot, communicative about their process and updates on my car, as well as accommodating while my vehicle was being serviced. During my time at the shop, I was able to hear how the staff interacted with other clients. They are genuine in their concern, thorough in their explanations, & desire for everyone to get back on the road safely. The other front desk staff (I can’t remember his name - I’m sorry!) relayed to a young woman his concerns as a dad because he has daughters also on the road. That sentiment was touching to hear! I had no expectations of Rusk but they have set the standard in customer service and upkeep for my car.

Highly recommend Rusk Auto & Tire (formerly Tech Auto Maintenance) for any car repairs. They are knowledgeable, explain car issues clearly, and work fast. They communicate better than any other mechanic shop I have ever used. They routinely updated me throughout the process with their progress and explained every problem in plain English. Very professional, polite, trustworthy and honest.
