Got a flat tire on my way to work and stopped by Rusk Auto. Arren and his team were super friendly, quick to help and had my tire repaired in no time and even checked the other tires while they were at it to make sure everything else was in shape. A flat tire is never fun but Arren and the team made the whole experience easy and stress-free for me, excellent service and professionalism. Definitely recommend Arren and the team at Rusk Auto, thanks guys!

I had a great experience here. Everyone was honest, helpful, and took the time to explain what was going on with my car without making me feel pressured. Shawn was awesome! They were professional, kind, and made the whole process much less stressful. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy auto repair and tire service!

I have had 4 cars and this is the best customer experience I have ever had. Provided rides from work and home at no cost! communicated and was very honest and transparent. Thank you Austin Glass. “Just cause it’s an inconvenience don’t it has to be an inconvenience” is the energy I received.

It gives me peace of mind to know that Rusk Auto & Tire is in the area. I chose to be serviced here because they were the only business to answer my call during a late evening emergency. The front desk staff (Austin) was friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and in person. They were welcoming from the time I turned in the parking lot, communicative about their process and updates on my car, as well as accommodating while my vehicle was being serviced. During my time at the shop, I was able to hear how the staff interacted with other clients. They are genuine in their concern, thorough in their explanations, & desire for everyone to get back on the road safely. The other front desk staff (I can’t remember his name - I’m sorry!) relayed to a young woman his concerns as a dad because he has daughters also on the road. That sentiment was touching to hear! I had no expectations of Rusk but they have set the standard in customer service and upkeep for my car.

1000/10 I had a previous shop give me bad intel (probably trying to get money out of me) so I came here for a second opinion and they were extremely friendly, honest and timely. and when it came to telling me what my car really needed they were very gentle and informative, he even brought out a demonstration card lol. Austin Glass was my rep and he was so kind and checked in with me regularly to update me on what was going on with my car and what was happening next. I’ve never felt so welcome, especially as a woman, in an auto shop. thank you guys again so much, I’m genuinely excited to come back and get my fluids done with you guys. God bless each of you and the health and growth of your business.
